Northern Virginia is thriving area in the country with the two highest earned income counties Loudoun County, VA with $98,000[1] and Fairfax County, VA with $94,600[2] not to far behind. Also with Fairfax County Public Schools is rated as one of the highest school districts in the country, Northern Virginia is certainly a great place to start and raise a family.
The Washington D.C. Metropolitan area has continued to grow with more potential growth with new home developments, employment growth and demand for housing. Unfortunately, the foreclosure rate will increase before it stabilizes to a normal foreclosure rate.
